Different kinds of backing for you choose
Polyurethane is bonded to the base, and the backing material is usually made of fabric or a mix of fabric and other materials.
The backing material, which provides structure and support to the finished product, is coated with a layer of polyurethane, which is then embossed with a leather-like texture.

Pu Leather Production Process
Our PU is an imitation leather material made of polyurethane. Polyurethane is bonded to the base, and the backing material is usually made of fabric or a mix of fabric and other materials.

How to Identify High-quality PU Leather
- Smell: Low-quality PU may have a pungent chemical odor, while high-quality PU has no noticeable odor.
- Touch: Good PU is soft and elastic, while poor PU may be stiff or prone to cracking.
- Look at the back: The base fabric should be evenly tight; inferior products may use cheap non-woven fabric.
- Test for abrasion resistance: Lightly scrape with your fingernail; high-quality PU does not easily leave marks.

The price is between PVC and genuine leather, suitable for the mass consumer market.
Easy clean
Easy to clean and maintain: Highly waterproof, stains can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
