Yudeng Textile specializes in polyurethane synthetic (PU) leather development, prototype, test, bulk production and global delivery. The manufacturing base is 170,000 square meters and has around 370 employees. We operate 10 production lines including 5 wet processing lines, 3 dry processing lines and 2 finishing lines. Daily output now has reached 150,000 meters and annual capacity is around 40,000,000 meters.
Our PU leather products are widely used in electronics & gift packaging, jewelry packaging, sporting balls (e.g. soccer balls and volleyballs), furniture & upholstery, automotive interiors, bags & luggage, footwear, double-face products etc. Our premium pu leather for high-end packaging is particularly welcome by multiple international brands.

In the past decades, we have developed and supplied 1000+ types of pu leather. They are widely used by our clients in different fields like electronic device, sporting balls, car interior, premium package, bags, furnitures, shoes etc.
Over 200 employees ensure the 10 production lines work properly in Yudeng manufacturing base. Their efforts have enabled our production capacity to at least 150,000 meters per day, and even 300,000 meters for some specific types.

Pattern and color are all customizable as your request. Our PU is an imitation leather material made of polyurethane.
This texture can be either smooth and shiny or rough and matte, depending on the user's needs.
e.g. Animal texture, ostrich grain, giant pebble, pigskin grain, hami melon grain, stone grain, woven grain, crocodile grain, snakeskin grain, zebra grain, lamb skin texture, litchi grain, bark grain mirror etc.

Polyurethane is bonded to the base, and the backing material is usually made of fabric or a mix of fabric and other materials.
The backing material provides structural support to the finished product, is coated with a layer of polyurethane, which is then embossed with a leather-like texture.
Thickness is optional from 0.3mm to 1.6mm. Wide selection range ensures the solution to fit your degree demand on wear and tearing.

PU Leather Production Process
Our PU is an imitation leather material made of polyurethane. Polyurethane is bonded to the base, and the backing material is usually made of fabric or a mix of fabric and other materials.

Identify The Quality of PU Leather
- Smell: Low-quality PU may have a pungent chemical odor, while high-quality PU has no noticeable odor.
- Touch: Good PU is soft and elastic, while poor PU may be stiff or prone to cracking.
- Look at the back: The base fabric should be evenly tight; inferior products may use cheap non-woven fabric.
- Test for abrasion resistance: Lightly scrape with your fingernail; high-quality PU does not easily leave marks.
