Where does the high-gloss mirror surface come from?
Using a mirror release film/mirror release paper transfer process, a high-gloss clear topcoat is applied in a clean environment, creating a “flat mirror” surface at the microscopic level.
Through interlayer curing and lamination, it securely bonds to the selected base fabric, achieving both gloss and peel strength.
Why is it scratch-resistant?
A scratch-resistant modification system (such as a hard-segment polyurethane/silicone modification/UV-curable topcoat) is added to the surface layer to improve pencil hardness and abrasion resistance.
A rub resistance assessment is conducted on alcohol/toluene substitutes/cleaners commonly used in the footwear industry to reduce the risks of daily care.
How are folding resistance and rebound properties guaranteed?
By fine-tuning the ratio of soft and hard segments, molecular weight distribution, and plasticizer system, excellent folding resistance is maintained within a temperature range of -10°C to room temperature (referring to ISO 5402-1 footwear folding resistance method).
A high-density knit/microfiber backing is used structurally to distribute stress during repeated flexing, reducing the likelihood of surface cracking.
Color Fastness and Yellowing Control:
We use weather-resistant pigments and anti-yellowing amines, combined with UV topcoats or weather-resistant clearcoats.
Accelerated aging and perspiration/migration testing is recommended for white, off-white, and fluorescent colors to verify the product in advance.
