Texture and Surface Feel (Customizable)

After coating, we use precision embossing rollers and heat-setting processes to control the depth and clarity of the texture. Surface coatings (such as scratch-resistant coatings, stain-resistant treatments, or hydrophobic treatments) ensure a durable texture and stable feel. For dress shoes that demand a premium feel, we can create low-gloss, naturally wrinkled effects. For sportswear and leisure shoes, we offer microporous, breathable, and scrub-resistant stain-resistant surfaces.
Base Fabric and Backing Process (Non-Woven Fabric Details)
For the shoe backing, we use industrial-grade non-woven fabric (available in polyester or polypropylene bases). This base fabric is specifically controlled for tensile strength, thickness consistency, and breathability. Through a precise lamination process (hot melt/sol-gel or water-based adhesive), the PU and non-woven fabric are securely bonded without excessive thickness, ensuring smooth stitching and preventing stitch slippage during sewing while also improving overall flex resistance. Thin reinforcement layers can be applied to areas requiring additional support (such as the upper and toe cap) to enhance dimensional stability and wear resistance.
