In order to fully implement the company’s core values of “quality-oriented, responsibility first, and teamwork”, further stimulate employee potential, and enhance team cohesion and execution, the Yudeng PU leather manufacturer team successfully held the “Reshaping Quality in 2025” theme expansion training camp in June 2025. The event was themed “Concentrate and Take Responsibility”, integrating outdoor expansion, team challenges and quality concept education. All employees were engaged in a high-spirited attitude to jointly accumulate energy for high-quality development.
Activity background: Taking “Reshaping Quality” as the core, promoting organizational capacity upgrade
In recent years, Yudeng has continued to deepen its roots in the field of polyurethane PU synthetic leather. Faced with the escalation of competition in the global customized market, quality and responsibility have become the key to breaking the deadlock. A tempered and harmonious team is like a rising sun, which can have stronger motivation and vitality, can bring higher performance, concentrate hearts and minds, and create higher glory for the company.
Training background: Improve team cohesion and team communication skills in the enterprise. The mentality of quality first in 2025, shape the sense of responsibility of the management team, cultivate the mentality of managers’ responsibility, improve employees’ ability to collaborate and have a high degree of trust in the enterprise team, cultivate a positive working mentality, and thus establish and achieve the goal of “reshaping quality” in the strategic direction.

Itinerary: One-day expansion to stimulate potential and sense of mission
This training camp was successfully held at Yudeng PU Leather Factory on June 15, 2025, covering multiple projects such as high-intensity physical challenges, thinking collaboration training and strategic confrontation exercises. More than 50 key employees from production, R&D, sales, quality inspection, warehousing, administration and other departments participated.

Military training (improving team execution)
⚫Project introduction:
Wearing camouflage uniforms and holding oneself to the standards of a soldier is one of the common training contents. The purpose is to correct the posture of soldiers, maintain a strict military appearance, develop the habit of uniformity, strict discipline, and cultivate a quick, accurate, and coordinated style to lay a good foundation for mastering technical and tactical actions.
⚫Project goal:
Through military training, enhance the unity and execution of the enterprise, improve the sense of responsibility and self-discipline of employees, and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of enterprise employees. There will be certain contradictions and problems in the internal management of the enterprise. Through research, it is found that experiential education can well solve the contradictions such as weak cohesion, incomplete execution, low work efficiency, mutual shirking of work responsibilities, improper attitude, lack of passion for work, unresolute execution, and inconsistent thoughts.
Team building (to achieve team integration)
⚫Project introduction:
Team formation is called ice breaking, which re-arranges team members, disrupts the original small circle, and combines them into a new circle, so that everyone can cooperate in this new circle and start a new cooperation. Generally, ice-breaking training takes about 40 minutes. How is ice-breaking training conducted? Usually, small games are used to break the awkward atmosphere and let everyone enter the team activities in a relaxed and happy manner.
⚫ Project goal:
To gain higher morale and combat effectiveness for team building. In the expansion training, when facing high difficulty and high-altitude experience, everyone will thank the team for their support and encouragement from the bottom of their hearts. The morale and combat effectiveness of the entire team have never been achieved in the office.
Fetching water in a minefield (improving teamwork ability)
⚫Project introduction:
All trainees will participate in this project. This project is very motivating and can make everyone forget all their worries in the intense work. It requires everyone not to rely on external forces, but to rely on all our partners. Pull a partner to get the items 2 meters ahead. The coach requires not to touch the floor or start again, challenging the team’s limits;
⚫Project goals:
Improve the team members’ ability and skills in organization, communication and collaboration, the team’s leadership art and skills, the reasonable allocation and use of human resources, and the discussion and planning before action play an important role in the success or failure of things. Cultivate people’s good planning and organization in dealing with things, cultivate the team members’ collective sense of honor, and the spirit of courage to contribute to the team.
Special Forces Training (Quality is King/Reshaping Quality)
⚫Project introduction:
Each group of trainees designates three partners in the rice picking area. According to regulations, only one grain of rice can be pinched each time, and no more than 20 grains can be transported each time. The transportation process can only pass through the walking area according to regulations and reach the rice placement area. The rest of the personnel are responsible for digital placement in the rice placement area. The whole process remains silent and completes the task challenge according to the instructor’s requirements.

- Understand mutual cooperation and coordination
- Persistence in goals, details determine success or failure
- The importance of taking root in the industry
- Understand self-emotional management and self-behavior management

Work together to build a tower (improve team responsibility)
⚫Project introduction:
Team members need to work together to manipulate the rope, master the strength, maintain balance, and use the hook to lift the box. Pull the rope to control the tower hook and slowly transport the tower to the designated location. Through cooperation, stack the tower piece by piece, and the tower cannot fall in the middle. All boxes need to be stacked vertically, and it is successful if they do not fall for 10 seconds.
⚫Project goals:
Team members need to work closely together to complete the task together. Through unified command, division of labor and cooperation, team members can better understand each other’s roles and responsibilities, thereby enhancing the communication and collaboration capabilities within the team. Through such activities, the team can cultivate core members with leadership and execution, thereby improving the efficiency and cohesion of the entire team.
Circle of Excellence (Enhancing Team Cohesion)
⚫Project Introduction:
This project requires everyone to hold hands and form a circle, then release their hands, each person holds a part of the rope to form a circle, put their feet together, and land on their heels. Everyone falls back at the same time, and let the team members walk a circle on this rope in turn. You cannot fall down during the circle, otherwise you need to start over. You can also let each team form their own team, and each team takes turns to PK.
⚫Project Goals:
- Experience the centripetal force and cohesion of high-performance teams;
- Enhance the courage of trainees to challenge themselves, and understand the importance of reasonable breakthrough instincts through challenges;
- Establish a sense of trust within the team and understand the importance of trust and commitment
Through this expansion training, the Yudeng team achieved the following three major gains:
Build consensus: Employees have a deep understanding of the value positioning of “quality is life” and have a clearer sense of purpose for the 2025 quality strategy.
Strengthen collaboration: The cross-departmental collaboration capabilities have been significantly improved, forming a more efficient communication mechanism and execution rhythm.
Inspire responsibility: Each member finds his or her own position in the challenge and has the courage to take on responsibilities and missions.

Yudeng will take this “Reshaping Quality in 2025” expansion training camp as a starting point, and extend the spirit of “uniting hearts and minds and taking responsibility” to all aspects of daily production management, customer service and quality pursuit.
